I've been contacted by many of you about this, so I wanted to address it. People are randomly getting "403 Forbidden" errors when adding or editing stories. I have no idea why it's happening, or how to fix it. I've posted at the eFiction forum so that hopefully someone can help me figure it out. I'm not sure it's related to the hacking, because a couple of authors (myself included) started having trouble a few weeks ago. In the meantime, there are a few ways that have worked around the error. If you get it while adding a new story, try uploading the chapter as a text file instead of cutting and pasting into the text box. If you get it when previewing a chapter, try adding without previewing (you can always edit after it's added). If you get it when trying to edit an existing chapter, delete the chapter and reupload it. It will bump the story to the top of the recently added list, but folks will understand. Again, I'm really sorry for all of the hassle. Hopefully, we'll be able to fix this soon.
